What are your hygiene practices and response to Covid-19?
In an effort to support the health of our community and minimise the spread of germs and viruses such as Covid-19, Blush Pause as an allied health practice maintains vigilant hygiene practices such as using hospital grade disinfectant on all related surfaces and objects before and after each treatment. All linen is treated in accordance with the NHMRC Guidelines for Health Care Settings and the AS/NZS 4146:2000 Laundry Practice Standard. IMPORTANT: Note that only one (1) person can be treated within a 2sqm space at any time.

What if I am feeling unwell?
Do not have a massage if you currently have an infection or fever. Wait until your temperature returns to normal before having this massage. As cold and flu season approaches again, it’s important that you know when it may be necessary to cancel your appointment. In relation to the Coronavirus or Covid19, if you have been in contact with anyone who is unwell or you may suspect has the Coronavirus, please contact us to discuss your options.
What is your booking cancellation and change policy?
We understand life can be unpredictable. However, we reqiure at least 24-hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment for a one (1) person booking; 48-hours notice for a group booking (couples/girls' day out etc). This allows adequate time for us to contact clients on our waiting list who need to be seen urgently and notify the therapists assisting us. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total value will be charged. No shows or no-notice cancellations may be charged 100% of the total booking fee.

What about my health?
Prior to your treatment, you will be asked to complete the Wellness Profile form at the bottom of this page which requires you to disclose to Raw Bliss Life your medical history, including any relevant information re exposure to the Coronavirus, any medical conditions, pre-existing injuries, skin conditions, allergies, and pregnancy. If your health conditions have changed since first completing the Wellness Profile form, please advise us as soon as possible and prior to your next treatment to allow us to make the necessary adjustments. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.
How do I prepare for my treatment?
Please ensure you attend your appointment with clean skin. We are trained to respect your comfort and privacy. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on.
- Setting up the room:
We recommend a private room in your home or office with enough space for the massage bed and any necessary equipment. You may also be asked to supply a chair. You will get the most out of your treatment if you are comfortable and not disturbed.
Set-up only takes a few minutes and your therapist will provide all the equipment required.
How old do I need to be?
The comfort and safety of everyone, all clients under the age of 18 are not permitted to make bookings and are to be accompanied by an adult throughout the therapist's visit to the relevant treatment premises.
In areas with limited street parking the therapist may have no alternative but to use pay parking to attend your appointment. You will be charged for the parking fee. For appointments between 11km-25km from the Adelaide CBD, an additional travel fee will apply. If you are unsure, please check with us before booking for your appointment.
Am I in the Covid-19 high risk category?
Please be aware that at this time, for your safety and ours, Raw Bliss Life is unable to perform treatments for clients who are deemed by the Department of Health to be in a risk category for severe illness from COVID-19, namely who:
has a close contact who themselves been, or had contact with, a confirmed case of COVID-19; has experienced in the past 14 days, or currently suffer from, cold/flu-like symptoms (fever, sore throat, dry cough, excessive tiredness, shortness of breath, anosmia (loss of smell)); has been in contact with anyone who has travelled/returned to Australia and experienced cold/flu-like symptoms; has been in contact with anyone who has experienced cold/flu-like symptoms; are over age 70; reside or work in aged care or long term care facilities; have a disability; Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and people in remote communities; have a chronic health condition (chronic lung diseases, serious heart conditions, immunocompromised (people in cancer treatment, bone marrow or organ transplantation), immune deficiencies, prolonged use of corticosteroids and other immune weakening medications, severe obesity, diabetes, chronic kidney or liver disease).
Does it matter where in live in Adelaide?
We massage up to 25km of the Adelaide CBD with an additional fee for between 11km-25km of the Adelaide CBD to cover the cost of petrol etc. We also occasionally service guests of regional boutique accomodation. If you are unsure or are outside of our service area, please check with us before booking for your appointment.
Do you offer massage and spa services to men?
At present, we only provide massage and spa services to men as part of a couples booking. Contact us for further information.
Can you visit my boutique hotel or Airbnb?
Absolutely! We are more than happy to pamper you in your hotel room or Airbnb provided they are within our service area of within 25km of the Adelaide CBD. If you are outside our service area please contact us prior to booking.
If your hotel is located in busy areas such as the Adelaide CBD we may find it more difficult parking and we must wait for permission from the concierge before we can come to your room for your treatment. Due to the delays and logistics involved it is only fair that our therapist should be compensated accordingly. We will discuss more with you at time of booking.
Although we allow enough travel time between bookings, due to Adelaide’s ever increasing traffic congestion there can be unavoidable delays beyond our control. Due to the nature of a mobile service please allow extra time for your appointment as we can’t be held responsible for delays relating to heavy traffic, road accidents and break downs.
For any additional dietary requirements, allergies, conditions (including pregnancy) or disabilities not advised at the time of making the reservation, please contact us so we can assist in making the appropriate choices or modifications. Whilst all care is taken, Blush Pause can not guarantee any of our treatments (or products used) are completely free from traces of allergens, or appropriate for any medical condition. Please seek prior advice from your doctor or healthcare professional. Patients being treated for chronic medical conditions or cancer should provide a written clearance from their doctor.

Our online payment system is managed by Square which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Our Square Point of Sale does not retain payment card data on the mobile device or within the application. Read more about Square here: https://squareup.com/au/en.
At present we do not offer postage, only two Local Delivery Options for South Australia. We are looking to offer postage further afield in the future.
We offer a free Local Delivery Option to deliver within 10km of the Adelaide CBD.
We also offer a $10 flat fee Local Delivery Option to deliver within 10-20km of Adelaide CBD.
We will refund, credit or exchange products in original sale condition on presentation of the Blush Pause Tax Invoice/Receipt. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order, to advise of faulty, incorrect or omitted items and to arrange a replacement or refund prior to posting your return.
Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable for change of mind refund.
Additional delivery charges will apply for exchanges.
Please send your return, including a copy of your receipt and a note with your instructions to Blush Pause.
Please contact us prior to returning goods to Blush Pause as no goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and us.
Changing your Order
We will do our best to accommodate you should you wish to make a change to your Blush Pause shopping cart order including substitution or addition of products, changing the delivery address or cancelling your order. This is possible only if the order has not been dispatched from Blush Pause. Please contact us to make any changes. Please note that these changes may not be reflected in future email correspondence regarding your order.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in AUD and include relevant taxes. All prices do not include delivery costs. Sale items are only available at the lower price whilst stocks last and during the designated sale period. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details and prices of products on the Blush Pause website are correct at the time of online publication. However, we reserve the right to correct any publishing errors on the website and cancel orders made at the incorrect price.
Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming receipt of your order. This is not a guarantee of availability. Unforseen supply issues or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. You may cancel or edit your order. Please contact us to make any changes.
